Key
responsibilities
Write clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented copy for job advertisements, recruitment landing pages, recruitment marketing campaigns, social media posts (organic and paid), advertising blurbs, interview scripts, content outlines, video captions, employer brand stories, and press releases
- Translate complex role requirements and workforce value propositions into human, relatable messaging that resonates with target talent segments
- Adapt tone, format, and messaging to fit each platform's audience and best practices (e.g., LinkedIn vs Meta vs Reddit)
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns across multiple platforms
- Write content that aligns with social algorithms, engagement behaviors, and current trends
- Partner with creatives and recruiters to ensure message alignment and campaign consistency
- Contribute to content calendars and campaign rollouts with speed and reliability
- Create or adapt simple visual/video assets using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or equivalent editing apps
- Work with existing templates or guidelines while maintaining strong creative quality
- Ensure content assets are production-ready and optimized for platform specifications
- Stay up to date on pop culture and social media trends, talent market conversations and sentiment, and emerging platform features and content formats
- Develop working knowledge of the clinical and healthcare talent market, including competitor messaging and employer positioning
- Bring confident creative insights and recommendations to improve engagement and campaign performance
- QUALIFICATIONS2–4 years' experience in writing, copywriting, content, or a related role
- Experience writing recruitment marketing or employer branding content
- Strong English writing skills with flexible tone and style
- Knowledge of major social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Reddit, and similar communities
- Experience supporting organic or paid social media campaigns
- Basic Canva, CapCut, design, or video editing skills
- Familiar with analytics, campaign metrics, and content testing
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High ownership, urgency, and follow-through
- Collaborative, positive, and open to feedback
