Product Manager

Work Schedule: Morning Shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4x onsite, 1 day WFH)Location: Ortigas

Required Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.7+ years in product management, with real ownership of a product line in fintech/trading, or another regulated space. Knowledge of Product Management techniques, such as Problem Discovery, Road Mapping, User Story writing, Prioritizing, and Data Analysis and Funnel Optimization. Has managed product managers before, not just individual contributors, and can hire and coach a team. Has set the direction for a platform or shared-services roadmap

Strong understanding of business models, unit economics, and revenue streams, especially within fintech or trading products. Leadership and People Management Skills. Confident in verbal and written communication; able to present complex ideas in a clearand structured way. Shows empathy for user problems and can balance user needs with business andregulatory constraints. Experienced in Agile Development Process and familiar with Scrum and Kanbanmethodologies.
