Product Owner - Metro Manila

Job Details: We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead product vision, manage product backlogs, align cross-functional development teams, and drive end-to-end product delivery across our digital solutions in Metro Manila!POSITION: Product Owner

• WORK LOCATION: Metro Manila
• WORK SETUP: Hybrid / Office-based
• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Define product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy aligned with business goals and market demands
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria
• Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog for engineering and software development teams
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and sprint reviews
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
• Define product KPIs, track feature performance post-launch, and execute continuous improvements based on user feedback
• QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience: At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in IT/Software delivery
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Agile/Scrum frameworks, JIRA, Confluence, wireframing, and user story mapping
• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile certifications are a plus
