Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a passionate Marketing professional to support the Digital Marketing Manager in the development, implementation, tracking, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across all channels. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded individual with strong capabilities in digital marketing planning and execution, aligned with the objectives outlined in the Digital Marketing Plan.

Key accountabilities

Knowledgeable in creating and optimizing brand websites that enhance the e-commerce experience, drive room bookings and revenue, and reinforce the brand’s unique value proposition.

In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, develop compelling digital creatives and impactful marketing campaigns that support business objectives.

Effectively utilize brand marketing tools to execute and support digital marketing initiatives across all channels.

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, measuring results against established KPIs, ROI, and key result areas (KRAs).

Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager and internal stakeholders to continuously enhance and optimize the end-user experience across The Peninsula Manila’s digital touchpoints.

General Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

Knowledge of digital content creation, website optimization, and e-commerce.

Experience with Google, Facebook, Instagram, Search, and Display campaigns.

Updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, hospitality, or a related industry.
