HR Generalist (Payroll)

Key Responsibilities: Handle comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, payroll administration, benefits administration, and employee relations

Processing and handling of payroll and mandatory government

benefits

• Monitor attendance, leave, and timekeeping
• End to end recruitment process such as: job posting, screening of applicants, and initial interview
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Maintain employee records and HR documents

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field (Latin Honors is a plus)

At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in HR, preferably in multiple HR facets such as compensation and benefits. Strong knowledge of Labor laws and processing of government mandatory benefits. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
