Sales and Events Lead (Catering)

The Sales & Events Lead are the one who oversee the Sales, Catering & Events team, driving revenue growth while ensuring seamless event execution and excellent customer service. The role oversees sales strategy, business development, key accounts, catering operations, and team performance to achieve company objectives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute sales, catering, and events strategies to drive revenue and business growth. Lead, coach, and manage the Sales and Catering & Events teams to achieve targets and performance objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, suppliers, and vendors. Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, from business development and proposals to contracts, event execution, and post-event evaluation. Handle key and strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Develop competitive proposals, contracts, event packages, and promotional initiatives. Monitor sales performance, market trends, budgets, forecasts, and profitability. Oversee catering, events, partnerships, and promotional activities to ensure quality and cost efficiency. Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Commissary, and other teams to ensure smooth event execution. Establish and improve SOPs and service standards to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking activities to generate new business opportunities.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:College graduate, preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Marketing, Business Administration, and similar programs

At least 3-5 years’ experience in events, sales and/or business development (preferably in the catering or food & Beverage industry) and in a leadership role. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
