Occupational Health Nurse

Provides on-site health, safety, and medical care for hotel employees. Focuses on workplace injury prevention, health assessments, emergency first aid, and ensuring hotel compliance with occupational safety and health standards.

Key responsibilities

Deliver immediate nursing care and first aid for workplace injuries, sudden illnesses, and emergencies involving employees or hotel guests. Manage workplace injury reporting, workers' compensation claims, and incident investigations. Ensure compliance with local health regulations (e.g., OSHA) and hotel safety protocols. Conduct pre-employment medical checks, routine fit-for-duty evaluations, daily health monitoring, and food handler health screening compliance. Plan and lead employee health initiatives, including vaccination drives, ergonomics training, heat safety awareness, and sanitation workshops. Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee medical logs, accident reports, and health records in accordance with privacy laws.

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) with active Registered Nurse (RN) license.1–2 years of experience in occupational health, emergency nursing, or community health (hospitality industry experience preferred). Residing in Tacloban or nearby areas. Can start immediately.
