QA Analyst – iGaming Platform + Full Remote Work + Urgent

We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst with hands-on experience in digital platforms, interactive products, customer accounts, transactions, promotions, and third-party integrations. The ideal candidate should already have a basic understanding of the online entertainment and sports wagering industry and its common products, workflows, and terminology. This role requires a highly analytical individual who can identify issues before they affect customers. You will work closely with Product, Development, Operations, Support, and Compliance teams to maintain a reliable and seamless customer experience across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
• Test web and mobile applications, platform updates, and new features.
• Validate system functionality, business rules, calculations, and customer workflows.
• Test account registration, login, verification, profile management, and account activity.
• Validate deposits, withdrawals, payments, refunds, balances, and transaction statuses.
• Test interactive digital products, real-time updates, notifications, and automated processes.
• Validate promotions, incentives, eligibility rules, reward conditions, and expiration rules.
• Test third-party integrations, APIs, payment methods, and external data feeds.
• Document defects using Jira or similar tools, coordinate with developers, and verify fixes.
• Maintain accurate test documentation, defect records, and quality reports. Industry Knowledge Required
• Basic understanding of online entertainment platforms and their common product categories.
• Familiarity with live dealer products and how live dealers support real-time customer experiences.
• Knowledge of digital game categories such as slots, instant-result games, and table-style games.
• Understanding of promotional bonuses, turnover requirements, wagering requirements, eligibility rules, and expiryconditions.
• Basic knowledge of sports wagering, including single bets and combo or accumulator bets.
• Understanding of betting odds and that odds in a combo or accumulator are multiplied together rather than added.
• Awareness of settlement processes, transaction outcomes, account credits, restrictions, and customer notifications. Preferred Background

• Previous QA experience in a digital platform, interactive technology, software, or online services environment.
• Hands-on experience testing customer-facing platforms with account, transaction, or real-time functionality.
• Previous exposure to the online entertainment and sports wagering industry.
• Experience with web and mobile application testing.
• Strong knowledge of functional and regression testing methodologies.
• Experience with Jira or similar defect management tools.
