As a Customer Service Representative - Insurance, your responsibilities will include: Review completeness and compliance of documents received. Verify accuracy of agent and license information. Analyze data to determine appropriate handling. Encode agent, license, and commission details accurately. Update agent records and create/post correspondences as needed. Identify next steps based on workflow and initiate transactions. About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Open to college graduates, associate degree holders, and undergraduates who completed at least 2nd year in college and with at least 1 year of experience; OROpen to college graduates, associate degree holders, and undergraduates who completed at least 1st year in college and with at least 2 years of experience1 to 2 year of work experience in any or a combination of the following: Insurance, Healthcare, Retirement Services, Financial Accounts
