Qualification
- At least 6 months of BPO experience in an international voice account
- Senior High School graduate, college level, or Bachelor's degree graduate
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent active listening and comprehension skills
- Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Confident and professional when communicating with customers
- Customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on-site and follow a shifting
