Technical Support Representative

Onsite | Quezon City | Up to ₱26,000/month | Full-time

Job Overview

• Position: Technical Support Representative
• Salary: Up to ₱26,000/month
• Location: Quezon City
• Experience: No experience required
• Setup: Onsite
• Training: Paid training from Day 1

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical and service concerns
• Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and internet issues
• Provide step-by-step technical guidance
• Document issues and resolutions
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary
• Meet quality and productivity targets

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting
