SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing deals that drive revenue growth. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/servicesPrepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products

About you

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
