About the role

Responsible for the overall editorial direction, content strategy, quality, and performance of the Entertainment Business Unit's website and digital publishing platforms.

Lead the planning, assignment, writing, editing, and publishing of website content, including entertainment news, features, interviews, reviews, profiles, show-related content, and digital-first stories

  • Ensure that all published content meets established standards for accuracy, quality, relevance, originality, tone, and editorial integrity
  • Oversee headlines, story presentation, multimedia integration, article structure, and other elements that enhance the audience experience
  • Develop editorial initiatives to increase website traffic, audience reach, engagement, repeat visits, and content consumption
  • Use audience insights and digital trends to identify topics, formats, and content opportunities that can attract and retain audiences
  • Collaborate with Social Media and YouTube teams to maximize cross-platform content distribution and audience engagement
  • Lead, manage, and develop the website editorial team, including writers, editors, contributors, and other assigned resources

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Media, English, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in journalism, digital publishing, online media, editorial management, entertainment media, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience in managing website or digital publishing operations
  • Strong experience in editorial planning, writing, editing, digital publishing, SEO, and content analytics
