Job Description

We are looking for customer-focused individuals who are passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will support healthcare providers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information through phone and system-based support. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from healthcare providers, clinics, and medical offices
• Assist with inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, billing, payments, and authorizations
• Research and resolve concerns using multiple systems and resources
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional support
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records
• Build positive relationships through empathetic and effective communication

Qualifications

Fresh Graduates / Career Shifters

College undergraduates are welcome to apply, preferably from Allied Healthcare courses (e.g., Nursing, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Pharmacy, Psychology, Biology, Healthcare-related programs)

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer navigation skills

Experienced Candidates

Senior High School Graduate with at least 12 months of international BPO voice experience ORCompleted at least 2 years of college (undergraduate) with at least 6 months of international BPO voice experience
