Client Overview: Dr. Elizabeth is a chiropractor and she is looking for a unicorn who can help her with administrative tasks so she can focus on her zone of genius! Client Requirements: Must be able to work 20 hours/weekMust be able to work from 4pm to 8pm Pacific Time (US)Must have strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Must be comfortable handling personal, family, and health information with full discretionResponsibilities/Tasks: Must-Have Experience (Responsibilities You Must Be Proficient In): These are the tasks the VA needs to handle independently and confidently from day one: Email & Daily Planning: Manage three email inboxes, including clearing a large existing backlog
- Flag anything Dr. Elizabeth needs to see or act on
- Build a call sheet each day for the following day, listing Dr. Elizabeth’s responsibilities, deadlines and what's been requested of her
- Calendar & Gatekeeping: Be the single point of contact for everyone trying to book Dr. Elizabeth’s time
- Confirm with Dr. Elizabeth before committing anything to the calendar
- Keep Dr. Elizabeth’s schedule across her practice and organizations in one place and organized
- Speaking & Teaching Support: Track what's due for each conference and teaching date (deck, headshot, bio, forms) and send it on time
- Build and maintain an organized asset folder
- Prepare presentation decks in Power
Point
- Travel: Plan and book travel using Dr. Elizabeth’s points across American Express and her other loyalty programs
- Look for first or business class without paying full fare
- Present two or three options with what the points cover for Dr. Elizabeth to choose from
- Home and Personal Assistance: Track when medical, dental and vision appointments are due and book them
Book Dr. Elizabeth’s Perfect Workout sessions (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:40 AM)Maintain a birthday calendar for family, gather gift ideas ahead of time, and present options before the date
- Coordinate home vendors and errands, and book outside help when needed
- Research better options on recurring household costs and bring Dr. Elizabeth the recommendation
- Help plan meals and place grocery orders
- Check in with Dr. Elizabeth’s husband to help organize date nights and family plans
- Keep family trips on the calendar around the kids' school breaks
