Performance Monitoring

• What you'll be doing: Brand Activation
• Campaign Planning & Product Launches
• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and promotional plans
• Coordination with Suppliers and Mall Administration, Government Agencies
• Launch and promote products across digital platforms, including social media
• Track and report key metrics for campaign performance and engagement
• Ensure consistency and alignment of marketing plans with business goals
• What we're looking for: Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related field
• Experience in fashion retail is a strong advantage

Skilled in organizing interactive social events, digital campaigns, and niche product launches. Up-to-date with current trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans
• Capable of defining and tracking KPIs for digital marketing success
• Must be willing to work on-site
• Work Schedule: Compressed workweek from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM TO 6:00 PM)Work Type: On-site
