Project Manager

Project Management: Define project goals, scope, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans and timelines. Prepare budgets, allocate resources, and maintain budgetary control throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with concern departments and third-party consultants. Track project progress and identify potential risks. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Manage stakeholder expectations. Prepare project reports and conduct regular reviews. Oversee the day-to-day execution of the project, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track. Design and Construction: Develop and review store building plans and specifications. Oversee the design and construction process, ensuring adherence to design specifications and building codes. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address issues. Prepare construction contracts and manage contractors. Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and mitigate potential risks, and ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers and contractors. Provide guidance and support to team members. Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project execution. Reports and Communication: Serve as the central point of communication between the project team and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, problems, and solutions. Maintain open and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Address stakeholders' concerns and ensure their satisfaction. Present project updates and progress reports. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical engineering-related field. Minimum of 5-8 years relevant experience with expertise in store construction, mall requirements, contractor coordination, and handling.
