What You'll Do

Provide safe and quality nursing care to residents. Conduct health assessments and monitor vital signs and overall condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents closely and promptly report changes in their condition. Respond appropriately to medical concerns and emergencies. Maintain complete and accurate nursing documentation. Coordinate with physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists and other members of the healthcare and rehabilitation team. Assist in health education and promote healthy practices among residents. Implement proper nursing and safety protocols. Provide appropriate guidance and support to nursing assistants and other healthcare staff. Maintain confidentiality of residents' medical and personal information.

What We're Looking For

Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license. Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Strong clinical and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, responsible, and attentive to residents' needs. Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Previous experience in hospital, rehabilitation, psychiatric, or community healthcare is an advantage.
