About the role
The Employee Referral Program Supervisor is responsible for leading the administration, performance, and continuous improvement of the company's Employee Referral Program across multiple BPO operations and support functions. This role oversees referral program execution, drives employee engagement, ensures compliance with program policies, and maximizes referral-generated hires to support the organization's volume hiring objectives. The Supervisor partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, HR Business Partners, Finance, and site leaders to increase referral participation, improve conversion rates, and deliver an exceptional referral experience for employees and candidates. The role is also responsible for monitoring program KPIs, ensuring accurate tracking and payout processing, and identifying opportunities to enhance referral effectiveness across all sites. Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Governance
Lead the overall administration and governance of the Employee Referral Program across multiple BPO sites and business units. Serve as the primary subject matter expert for referral program policies, guidelines, and escalations. Ensure compliance with referral policies, incentive eligibility requirements, and audit controls. Review and recommend program enhancements to increase referral-generated hires and improve program efficiency. Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to align referral strategies with hiring demands and workforce plans. Referral Operations Management
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Employee Referral Program, ensuring timely processing and tracking of referrals. Oversee referral validation, endorsement, and routing to the appropriate recruitment teams. Monitor referral progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from application to onboarding and payout qualification. Ensure referrals are accurately maintained within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and referral dashboards. Implement controls to prevent duplicate submissions and maintain data integrity. Collaborate with recruiters, sourcing teams, and hiring managers to accelerate referral processing and conversion. Support volume hiring initiatives by promoting referral campaigns for priority and hard-to-fill positions. Monitor referral-to-hire conversion rates and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes. Provide recruitment teams with referral pipeline visibility and hiring insights. Employee Engagement & Program Promotion
Drive employee participation and engagement through referral campaigns, contests, incentive programs, and awareness activities. Partner with HR and Communications teams to develop promotional materials and referral marketing initiatives. Ensure employees receive timely updates regarding referral status and incentive eligibility. Foster a positive employee experience through transparent communication and customer-focused service. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for Talent Acquisition and Operations Leadership. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to improve program performance. Maintain referral dashboards and ensure reporting accuracy. Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with Operations Leaders, HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Site Leaders, and Finance teams. Coordinate referral incentive payouts and ensure timely processing of employee rewards. Address employee concerns and resolve referral-related issues in a professional and timely manner. Participate in recruitment strategy discussions and workforce planning meetings as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, Employee Referral Programs, or HR Shared Services within a BPO, Contact Center, or Shared Services environment. At least 1-2 years of supervisory, team lead, or program management experience preferred. Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment processes and employee referral program management. Experience with ATS platforms, HRIS, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel. Proven experience supporting large-scale hiring initiatives and recruitment campaigns. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
