WordPress Website Administrator – Beaver Builder

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Website Administrator with strong Beaver Builder skills to join our remote team in the Philippines. Our UK-based client will provide approved website designs, WordPress frameworks, page styles/templates, and client content. Your primary responsibility will be to build, populate, and format internal website pages using Beaver Builder, ensuring each page is visually polished, consistent, and responsive. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for layout, spacing, typography, imagery, and overall website presentation who can confidently work with Beaver Builder and Beaver Themer. Please note: This is not a PHP or back-end development role. Demonstrable commercial Beaver Builder experience is essential.

Key responsibilities

Populate new WordPress websites with supplied content using Beaver Builder. Create attractive internal page layouts using established designs, templates, and brand styles. Format headings, body copy, calls-to-action, tables, and other content professionally. Select, prepare, resize, crop, and optimise suitable imagery for web use using Adobe Photoshop. Create galleries, downloads, team/profile pages, news/blog posts, and similar content. Maintain consistent typography, spacing, colours, and visual hierarchy based on supplied brand guidelines and approved website designs. Use Beaver Builder saved rows, modules, templates, and global elements correctly and optimise them for responsive layouts. Ensure pages display correctly across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Check navigation, internal links, forms, and basic page functionality. Identify and flag missing content, unsuitable imagery, or content issues to the project manager.

About you

At least 2 years of commercial WordPress experience. Excellent, demonstrable commercial Beaver Builder experience – essential. Good working knowledge of Beaver Themer. Experience creating and formatting complete website pages, rather than simply editing text within existing layouts. Strong understanding of responsive website design and page composition. Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual eye for layout and presentation. Ability to take supplied content and determine how best to present it rather than simply copying and pasting. Good understanding of web image preparation and optimisation. Good written and spoken English, with the ability to identify obvious content and formatting inconsistencies. Ability to follow documented processes, work independently, and manage multiple client projects.
