DevOps Engineer

Location: Manila | Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

OpsWerks_ is looking for a DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with developers, SREs, and platform teams to improve deployment efficiency, reliability, and developer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Manage Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) and developer self-service tools.
• Implement GitOps and configuration-as-code best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and serve as an escalation point for technical support.
• Create technical documentation, reports, and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure experience.
• Strong experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Aurora

DB, Cloud

Watch).

• Hands-on experience with Git, GitOps, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Spinnaker, or Flux

CD.

• Experience supporting development teams using Kotlin, Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Strong troubleshooting, automation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Kubernetes administration and Helm deployments.
• Datadog monitoring and observability.
• Maven or Gradle.
• AWS, CKA, or CKAD certifications.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
