About Our Client
Our client is an Australian health, beauty, and wellness brand creating science-backed supplements supporting skin, sleep, gut health, and overall wellbeing.
As their content and creative output grows, they're looking for an AI Content & Creative Specialist to support the team across video editing, graphic design, social media, advertising creative, and AI-powered content creation.
This is a hands-on execution role, working closely with the Marketing Assistant, who manages the content calendar and provides briefs and creative direction. You'll turn ideas, raw footage, B-roll, brand assets, and templates into high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content.
The ideal person knows how to use AI as a creative advantage — working efficiently, experimenting with new tools, and producing creative variations without compromising quality.

In your day-to-day, you will
Video & Content Creation
- Turn creative briefs, raw footage, B-roll, UGC, and existing brand assets into polished video content for social media, advertising, and other digital channels.
- Edit short-form video content and repurpose existing content into different formats and creative variations for different platforms and campaigns.
- Select strong footage, B-roll, hooks, and visual moments that make content more engaging and commercially effective.
- Produce and organise content regularly in line with the team's content calendar.
Graphic Design & Creative Production
- Create high-quality static graphics, social media creatives, advertising assets, email content, and other digital creative.
- Work with existing brand guidelines, templates, references, and creative direction to maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Create and adapt creative assets for different campaigns, products, channels, and formats.
- Maintain a strong standard of visual quality across everything you produce.
AI-Powered Content Creation
- Use AI tools to create and enhance video, graphics, images, animations, and other creative assets, including AI-generated visual content and creative variations where appropriate.
- Turn existing concepts, avatars, brand assets, and creative direction into finished content using AI-powered tools.
- Use effective prompting and AI workflows to speed up production while keeping content aligned with the brand.
- Stay curious about new AI tools and experiment with ways they can improve the team's creative workflow.
- Find smarter and more efficient ways to produce high-quality creative using AI and other tools.
Creative Execution & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Assistant and founder to understand priorities, feedback, and creative direction.
- Take creative briefs from the Marketing Assistant and turn them into polished, on-brand content while bringing your own creative judgment to the execution.
- Work within the content calendar and manage multiple creative tasks and priorities.
- Suggest alternative versions or approaches where you believe they could produce a stronger result.
- Conduct light research into social media trends, creative formats, and content styles that may be relevant to the brand.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team.
- Organise completed assets and maintain a clean, efficient workflow.
Skills you have
- 3+ years of experience in video editing, content creation, graphic design, multimedia, or a closely related creative role.
- Strong experience creating short-form video and digital content for social media, advertising, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
- Strong graphic design skills alongside video editing ability — this role is approximately 50% video and 50% design.
- Experience with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Cuttable, or similar video, design, and AI creative platforms.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools as part of your creative production workflow, particularly for video, images, graphics, animation, or content generation.
- Strong visual judgment and an eye for polished, modern, high-quality creative.
- Good understanding of what makes social content engaging, including hooks, B-roll selection, creative formats, and visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail, with a high personal standard for the quality of your work.
- Ability to take a brief and execute independently while still contributing your own creative ideas and suggestions.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative tasks and deadlines without losing attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating closely with a small team.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both video editing and graphic design work.
Skills that will make you stand out
- Experience creating content for e-commerce, DTC, retail, consumer, or online brands, particularly content designed to promote and sell products.
- Strong experience with AI-powered creative tools and the ability to demonstrate how you've incorporated them into your workflow.
- Experience creating paid social or advertising creatives.
- An understanding of creative performance metrics such as views, click-throughs, conversions, or sales, and how these can inform better creative.
- Experience working with UGC content and transforming raw UGC into engaging social or advertising content.
- Experience in wellness, beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or other consumer-focused industries.
- A strong eye for current social media trends and an understanding of what makes content feel fresh rather than generic or overly stock-like.
- A proactive, curious mindset — you're the type of person who enjoys testing new tools, learning new techniques, and finding better ways to get the job done.
- A strong quality bar. You don't just aim to finish the brief; you look for ways to make the final creative sharper, more engaging, more polished, and more effective.
