We are seeking an experienced Senior UI React Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge web application. Responsibilities: Help comprehend technical and functional requirements, develop, and implement business-driven requests and enhancements and software upgrades. Provide support and maintenance of platforms owned by the team and prepare documentation of solutions. Help the team create and maintain acceptance criteria for user stories Help Business Analyst by giving suggestions from a quality assurance perspective regarding user experience, possible performance issues, and future bugs Work with a cross-functional team to identify risks, mitigating them where possible. Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in front end development using React. Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and coding agents (e.g., Claude code, Codex, etc.) to enhance productivity, code quality, and problem-solving - leveraging AI for code generation, debugging, and documentation is highly regarded Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience in Python 3.x, SQL and web app development and data analysis. Docker / Linux experience AWS experience and/or certification will be regarded – any cloud would be acceptable Ability to navigate through vague specifications and requirements and coordinate and engage relevant stakeholders to obtain clarity on expectations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fast learner, critical thinker and able to work under time pressure. Demonstrable ability in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Motivated to gain experience across a variety of technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and global team. Creative thinker and passion for innovation. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Human‑Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or a related field
