AI/ML Engineer (Hybrid)

• Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models and applications in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
• Build and continuously improve machine learning solutions, including demand forecasting, NLP systems, and LLM-based use cases
• Perform data exploration, data mining, and develop automated ETL pipelines from ERP and related data sources
• Translate business requirements into scalable, AI-enabled technical solutions
• Conduct applied research on emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend practical implementations
• Develop APIs and lightweight front-end interfaces to share insights with business users
• Support multiple business initiatives and perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field1–5 years of experience, including at least 1 year in AI/ML or software development

• Strong foundation in mathematics for machine learning and deep learning
• Experience developing and fine-tuning ML models using industry-standard frameworks or cloud platforms
• Software development experience with basic front-end exposure
• AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty (preferred but not required)
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Willing to work in Malvar, Batangas (Hybrid)
