Teleperformance is seeking a Registered Nurse - Interview Services to join our growing Healthcare team. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, offering the flexibility of work from home arrangement. You will be working on the night shift, providing clinical expertise and professional nursing support during client interview and assessment processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our healthcare clients receive high-quality, clinically informed services whilst maintaining the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and health history interviews with clients, utilising clinical knowledge and professional communication skills
• Document client information accurately and comprehensively in accordance with healthcare standards and regulatory

requirements

• Provide clinical guidance and support during interview processes, ensuring all health-related queries are addressed appropriately
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations throughout all client interactions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and clients to facilitate smooth interview experiences
• Identify and escalate any clinical concerns or red flags to appropriate supervisors or healthcare professionals
• Ensure all documentation is completed thoroughly and submitted within required timelines
• Maintain professional standards and demonstrate empathy whilst interacting with diverse client populations
• Meet performance targets whilst maintaining quality of care and service delivery

What we're looking forQUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS� Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or related field. Minimum 5 years� sales experience required. Workforce Solutions background preferred with Staffing and Healthcare background.� Registered Nurse with active, clear, unencumbered license� Minimum 3 years� experience in acute care or non-acute care clinical setting, preferable in management,Talent Acquisition or recruitment position� Former travel or agency experience preferred.
