Staff Nurse

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Must possess a valid and current Philippine Registered Nurse (PRC) License.
• Preferably with at least six (6) months to one (1) year of clinical/hospital experience; however, newly licensed Registered Nurses are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in nursing procedures, patient assessment, medication administration, and infection prevention and control practices.
• Demonstrates excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Compassionate, patient-centered, and committed to delivering safe and quality nursing care.
• Able to work on shifting

s, weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.

• Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantage; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or other specialty certifications are preferred for applicable units.
