Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities1. Handle basic customer service inquiries related to orders, returns, and general concerns.2. Assist with general support tasks as needed.3. Manage assigned customer cases until resolution.4. Address customer concerns using a customer-first approach and escalate complex issues when necessary. Qualifications1. High school diploma or equivalent required; college education or degree is preferred.2. Experience in Customer Service is an advantage. 3. Strong written English communication skills, strong data entry skills.4. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to follow processes and meet deadline.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays.
