Healthcare Customer Service Representatives - Onsite in Ormoc

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Specialists to support radiology operations and healthcare workflow management for a U.S.-based healthcare organization. This role is responsible for coordinating imaging workflows, managing scheduling activities, facilitating communication between healthcare providers and radiologists, and ensuring the timely completion of radiology-related processes while maintaining HIPAA and PHI compliance. About the job: Onsite in Ormoc City

• Graveyard shift - 9PM-6AM local time
• The role will primarily support a U.S.-based teleradiology operation, including: Handling support calls and emails
• Coordinating addendum requests and follow-ups
• Supporting critical and urgent finding communications
• Assisting radiologists, workflow coordinators, and managers with scheduling and workflow-related requests
• Managing unresolved support requests during evening or overnight coverage

The ideal candidates should have experience supporting the U.S. healthcare industry, a good understanding of HIPAA and PHI security, strong English communication skills, and be comfortable handling professional calls with healthcare providers and radiologists. Experience with radiology workflows, PACS, and Zoho CRM would be an advantage.
