Data Encoder

Data Encoder is responsible for accurately encoding receipt details into the system and scanning physical documents to maintain organized and reliable digital records. The role ensures data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of company records.

Key responsibilities

• Encode transaction details from receipts into the company system accurately
• Scan, name, and upload documents according to company filing standards
• Verify encoded data for accuracy and completeness
• Organize and maintain digital filing systems
• Perform data quality checks and correct encoding errors
• Safely store and handle sensitive documents
• Maintain confidentiality of records and information
• Assist in retrieving digital records when requested
• Report discrepancies, missing documents, or errors to the supervisor
• Perform other clerical tasks as assigned

About you

• High school graduate or vocational course graduate (college level preferred)
• Proven experience in data encoding or clerical work is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel / Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of scanning tools and file management
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
