About the role
A Company Nurse role providing basic first aid and immediate care for employees, assessing and responding to workplace medical concerns and emergencies, and supporting employee health and wellness in a corporate setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide basic first aid and immediate care for employees
- Assess and respond to workplace medical concerns and emergencies
- Maintain and update employee health and medical records
- Assist with health monitoring and wellness programs
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers when necessary
- Monitor workplace health and safety concerns
- Assist HR and Management with health-related programs and documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of employee medical information
About you
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
- Preferably with occupational/company nursing experience
- BPO or corporate setting experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of Basic Life Support (BLS) and First AidGood communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle employee health concerns and workplace emergencies
- Organized and capable of maintaining confidential medical records
- Fresh graduates with strong clinical exposure may be considered
