Sales Officer

The Sales Officer will handle customer sales inquiries and manage the complete sales process for Smart Masonry Philippines Inc., a company engaged in the sale, manufacturing, and erection of Smart Block System. This role involves responding to inquiries through phone, email, social media, and walk-in clients, preparing quotations and proposals, following up with prospective customers, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure successful order fulfillment and delivery.

Key responsibilities

Handle and respond to customer sales inquiries through phone, email, social media, and walk-in clients. Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents. Follow up prospective customers and convert inquiries into confirmed sales. Manage the complete sales process, from initial inquiry and negotiation to closing and delivery coordination. Coordinate customer orders with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and other concerned departments. Monitor order fulfillment and delivery

• Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers. Provide product information and basic technical assistance regarding the Smart Block System. Assist the Technical Team during product presentations, site visits, and customer meetings when required. Identify new sales opportunities and support the company's sales growth.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred. At least 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials, building products, or a related industry. Experience in handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing sales. Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Basic understanding of construction materials or technical products is an advantage. Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple customer accounts and sales activities. Willing to assist in technical sales presentations and occasional site visits. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales-related tools. Willing to be assigned at the Taytay, Rizal Head Office.
