AU Bookkeeper (On-site)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable AU Bookkeeper to support our Australian clients, particularly within the property and strata sectors. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of Australian accounting standards, compliance requirements, and bookkeeping processes, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial reports for clients

• Process accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations
• Manage trust accounts in compliance with Australian regulations
• Prepare and lodge BAS (Business Activity Statements)
• Assist with payroll processing, wage calculations, and superannuation
• Assist with audit preparations and liaise with auditors
• Coordinate with property managers and clients regarding financial queries
• Maintain ledgers, journals, and general financial records
• Monitor payments, follow up on arrears, and support cash flow management
• Qualifications: Experienced in Australian taxation, payroll processing, wage calculations, and BAS preparation
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in strata or property accounting
• Familiarity with trust accounting and strata legislation is an advantage
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Strata
• Max, Strata Master, MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks)
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
