Graphic Designer and Multimedia Artist

American Wire and Cable Co., Inc. is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer and Multimedia Artist to join our growing Design & Architecture team. This is a full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, multimedia content, and design solutions that effectively communicate our brand message and support our business objectives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into engaging visual experiences that resonate with our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Create original graphic designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media content, and digital collateral
• Develop multimedia assets such as animations, videos, and interactive content for web and digital platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and communication teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that align with brand guidelines
• Design and maintain visual consistency across all company communications and brand touchpoints
• Produce high-quality print and digital design materials for promotional campaigns, presentations, and corporate events
• Utilise industry-standard design software and tools to conceptualise, design, and refine creative work
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Incorporate client and stakeholder feedback to refine designs and ensure deliverables meet project objectives
• Stay current with design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies in graphic design and multimedia production

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related creative field
• Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and multimedia work
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience in creating digital and print marketing materials
• Knowledge of video editing, animation, and multimedia production is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality creative work
• Understanding of branding and marketing concepts
• Familiarity with web design principles and user interface (UI) design is a plus
