Sales Admin Associate (1-year contract)

The Sales Admin Associate will provide administrative and operational support to the team by managing documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of activities to help achieve overall targets efficiently. The successful candidate will be employed under ARM Resources Inc (a DOLE licensed manpower agency) and assigned to OMRON Asia Pacific Philippines Branch to support the growing operations. What you'll be doing

• Provide day-to-day support to the online business on sales and inventory matters, including order monitoring and reconciliation
• Provide sales forecast to logistics partner and supply chain team for consignment warehouse

Review, verify, and file accruals and invoices in a timely manner, ensuring supporting documents are accurate. Submit validated invoices for payment processing in the accounting system, and maintain the common monitoring file with Finance

Create sales invoices, SOC, A&P/trade program and credit

note

s in the system for both offline and online business. Maintain & ensure proper filing of documents as per audit

requirements

• Compile and maintain sales-related reports or dashboards, covering inventory levels, sales performance, and coverage tracking
• Support customers and stakeholders through customer meetings, order issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination on data monitoring
• Provide support on organizational initiatives and tasks as required, ensuring smooth and effective operations

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or sales support roles
• Skilled with MS Office with Intermediate to advance MS Excel capabilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
