For Counselling & Pediatric Practices
Vital Virtuals Global HR is looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Medical VA to join our growing healthcare team!
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and assist patients professionally
- Verify insurance eligibility and update patient information
- Manage referrals, faxes, and medical records
- Explain insurance benefits to patients
- Coordinate with providers and clinical staff
- Handle billing-related and administrative tasks
- Perform accurate data entry and documentation
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance
Compensation
- $5/hour – First 90 Days
- $6/hour – After 90 Days
- Biweekly Pay via Wise
Requirements
Fluent in English
- Medical Billing, Medical Receptionist, Or Healthcare VA Experience Preferred
- Experience with insurance verification and claims is a plus
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- EHR/EMR experience is a plus
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- Willing to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop
