Sales Executive

WEFLY PRINT SUPPLIES INC. / MEGIM is seeking a Sales Executive / Sales Associate who is motivated, confident, and passionate about sales and customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting our products and solutions, generating sales opportunities, and building long-term relationships with businesses in the printing, advertising, garment, signage, and related industries. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys field sales, networking, customer engagement, and business development and is willing to learn technical aspects of printing machines and equipment. Key responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, online channels, social media, and field visits. Contact potential customers and introduce MEGIM's printing machines, equipment, inks, and related products. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable printing solutions based on their business needs and budget. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales discussions with prospective customers. Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and leads to move prospects through the sales process. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer information, leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Coordinate with the technical, operations, and management teams to ensure smooth customer transactions and after-sales support. About you

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred. At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are welcome to apply. Experience in printing equipment, advertising, signage, garment, sublimation, DTF, digital printing, or related industries is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Confident in dealing with customers and business owners. Results-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets. Willing to conduct field sales and client visits. Willing to learn technical product information and printing technologies. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and social media platforms. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads and customer inquiries. About us
