HR Specialist 1- Training

The Organizational Development Specialist 1 supports the growth and effectiveness of the organization by contributing to learning and development, initiatives, talent management, and overall organizational performance. This role is crucial for fostering a positive and efficient work environment through targeted support and basic analysis.

Responsibilities

Learning & Development Support - Assists in assessing and identifying learning and development needs, gathering information through surveys and interviews. Helps create and develop simple training materials and content, understanding basic learner needs. Facilitates small group training sessions and onboarding programs independently, and larger group sessions with guidance, ensuring active participation and a positive learning environment. Delivers engaging presentations and uses visual aids effectively. Conducts basic post-training evaluations using feedback forms, understanding the purpose of evaluating program effectiveness. Utilizes Learning Management Systems (LMS) for trainee registration, module uploading, and record keeping. Creates training modules using tools like PowerPoint/ Canva and is proficient in collaboration tools such as MS Teams. Contributes to training project tasks, follows established plans, and provides updates on assigned tasks .Supports foundational talent management activities, including assisting with onboarding processes, maintaining employee development records, and providing logistical preparation for training and development programs. Adapts to changing training needs and requirements, learns new concepts, and seeks guidance to improve, reflecting on learning experiences for continuous development. Follows established training procedures and guidelines closely, seeking immediate assistance from senior team members when faced with unexpected challenges. Qualification

Graduate of any 4 year course. Preferably with at least 1 year of training or related experience. Computer Literate
