Client Development Associate | Public Programs

The Center for Leadership and Change, Inc. (Franklin

Covey Philippines) is looking for a Client Development Associate for Public. He / She is responsible for maintaining and developing CLCI accounts through telemarketing.

Responsibilities

• Build a robust sales pipeline through phone calls / email messages to generate sales for Franklin

Covey public programs

• Close sales and exceed his/her specific individual annual/monthly sales targets
• Can clearly explain the benefits of Franklin

Covey programs, processes, products, and services

• Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account is maintained and actively sending participants in Franklin

Covey’s public programs

• Provide general administrative support (when needed) to the Public Workshop Team to ensure smooth delivery of programs
• Ensure an updated CRM (Salesforce) database

• Confident and driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• An avid learner – has the ability and passion to learn new systems, products, and processes
• One year of sales experience and/or equivalent transferable skills
• Strong telemarketing experience is an advantage
