Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Legal Management, Accounting, or any related course. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Compliance, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations. Strong hands-on experience with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and employee benefits administration. Proficient in MS Excel, HR reports, and employee records management. Able to coordinate clearly with employees, management, government offices, and external partners. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Should willing to start as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities: Process end-to-end payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements

Ensure accurate and timely processing, checking, and reporting of government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.Prepare regular reports related to benefits, compliance, statutory contributions, and HR documentation. Manage employee benefits records and ensure updates are properly reflected in HR files and statutory records. Analyze and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. Provide support and assistance to employees and management on payroll-related and government mandated contribution matters. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless implementation of company policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of employee records and payroll information. Assist in HR administrative tasks and other duties assigned by the HR Head.
