Customer Service Representative (Filing Services Account)

This role involves engaging in proactive outreach to potential clients through phone calls to introduce business services, as well as handling inbound sales calls. You will identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, follow up on leads from various sources, and effectively close sales with potential customers. You will also assist customers via phone and email to address their questions and concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls, identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
• Follow up on leads generated from various sources to move the sales process forward
• Effectively close sales with potential customers
• Assist customers via phone and email to address their questions and concerns
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
• Develop positive relationships with potential clients, aiming to create positive customer experience and drive long-term partnerships
• Take inbound calls and do outbound calls for collections
• Handle emails and chats

About you

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in the business services industry is highly desirable
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Effective communication skills (verbal, listening, and written)
• Good writing skills (grammar, punctuation, capitalization)
• Attention to detail
• Highly comfortable with the English Language
• Preferably with 1 year of Customer Service or Sales Experience
