E-commerce Sales Officer

• Drive sales performance across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the official online store.
• Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, traffic, and conversion.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including GMV, conversion rate, traffic, and average order value (AOV).
• Plan and execute major e-commerce campaigns such as Payday Sales and Mega Campaigns (3.3, 6.6, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12).
• Manage product listings and ensure accurate, up-to-date product information across all e-commerce platforms.
• Optimize product detail pages (PDPs), promotions, and assortment to improve conversion and sales performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and platform partners to ensure successful campaign execution and operational excellence.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, marketplace operations, or a related role.
• Experience managing stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platform operations, promotional mechanics, and campaign execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
