About the role
This is a sales role focused on handling inbound cruise vacation inquiries and bookings. You will answer customer calls, provide information about cruise vacations and options, close cruise bookings, and upsell cruise packages to maximize revenue. You will also sell Allianz Insurance and perform other duties as assigned.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound sales calls, inquiries, and customer service calls
- Answer callers' questions concerning all aspects of cruise vacations and options
- Close the sale of cruise bookings
- Upsell cruise packages to maximize revenue
Sell Allianz Insurance
- Provide high levels of service to customers with professionalism and cruise product knowledge
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or senior management
- About youAt least 2 years of sales experience, preferably handling Sales or Travel Cruise Lines account
- Strong cruise product knowledge and personal cruise travel experience
- Proven experience in sales and closing techniques
- Excellent English verbal communication skills
- Computer literate and willing to learn
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
