About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic Call Centre & Customer Service team in Angeles City, Pampanga. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to start or advance your technology career whilst providing outstanding support to our valued clients. As a Customer Service representative, you will be the voice of our clients, delivering professional and empathetic service that builds lasting customer relationships. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat channels with professionalism and courtesy
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer management systems
• Follow established call centre protocols and scripts whilst adapting communication to meet individual customer needs
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services in accordance with company guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet department targets and performance metrics
• Continuously seek feedback and engage in training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; college education is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally
• Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions, with a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with common software applications
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is advantageous but not essential for motivated candidates
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
