Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in paid social, digital campaign operations, marketing operations, or a related role
• Proven experience setting up, launching, monitoring, and optimizing paid social campaigns across relevant advertising platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas, Pivot
• Tables, lookups, data manipulation, analysis, and reporting
• Strong ability to manage campaign data, reporting, workflows, and multiple concurrent deliverables
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend actions
• Ability to provide clear, specific examples of campaigns managed, including responsibilities, execution steps, challenges, and results
• Proficiency in Google Docs and productivity tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain experience and campaign decisions clearly
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
• Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data and recommend budget, resource, and optimization opportunities
• Coordinate planning, delivery, tracking, and process improvements across assigned initiatives
• Evaluate internal tools and systems, providing practical feedback and enhancement recommendations
• Produce performance reports, assess results, and address stakeholder

• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen knowledge of business operations and workflows
• Establish efficient workflows and operational procedures for accurate and timely delivery
