About the role
Will assist in the general administration of HR in the site covering HR admin and operations. Will assist in HR service delivery, labor relations, CBA, employee engagement and activities
- Documenting organizational changes and ensuring that what needs to happen are reflected on time and accurately
- QUALIFICATIONSGraduate of any 4 year course
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a generalist
- Workday knowledge is preferred
Preferably residing within the area or if not, willing to be hired as a local in Mt. Apo, Kidapawan.
