What You'll Do

Conduct engaging 1:1 live online English sessions for K-12 students in the US.Teach English Language Arts (ELA), Reading, Writing, Grammar, Vocabulary, Literature and Comprehension, based on the student's grade and learning needs. Help students strengthen their reading comprehension, writing and communication skills. Break down complex literary and language concepts into simple, relatable explanations. Encourage students to express their ideas clearly and develop their own voice. Use stories, discussions, examples, creative exercises and questioning to make sessions interactive. Adapt your teaching approach to different learning levels, personalities and learning gaps. Track student progress and provide meaningful feedback. Create a supportive environment where students feel confident asking questions and expressing their ideas. Deliver every session with energy, preparation and professionalism. Who We're Looking ForYou could be a great fit if you: Have a Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Education, Journalism, Communications or a related field. Have prior experience teaching or tutoring K-12 students. Have excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Have a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension and writing. Can explain concepts clearly and make lessons engaging rather than textbook-heavy. Are comfortable teaching students from the US education system or are willing to learn it. Are confident using technology and conducting classes online. Have a stable internet connection, suitable teaching setup and a quiet environment. Most importantly — you genuinely enjoy teaching and working with children.
