Property Specialist | Makati

The Property Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling Alveo Land’s portfolio of premium properties in the Philippines, including condominiums, residential lots, office spaces, and commercial lots.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies across online and offline channels to generate leads and attract prospective buyers.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by conducting property presentations, organizing site visits, negotiating sales agreements, and assisting with documentation throughout the sales process.

Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on market trends, property values, and real estate investment opportunities.

Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year degree program.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not required.
• Sales experience in industries such as insurance, automotive, retail, banking, or other customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
