HR Supervisor

This is a Human Resources management position responsible for developing and monitoring HR policies and procedures, creating strategic HR plans, and managing recruitment and selection processes. The role acts as a liaison between upper management and employees, supports the performance review process, resolves conflict among employees, and ensures legal compliance through human resource management. The position reports to Management and provides decision support through HR metrics.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Graduate of BS Psychology or BS Business Management Major in Human Resource Management
• At least 2 years of experience in Managerial Capacity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace

Residing within or nearby Bacoor City, Cavite
