Case Specialist

What you will do

• Act as point of contact for assistance companies, travelers, insurance companies, and other clients
• Resolve, update, monitor, and track the status of each case from beginning to end
• Respond to customers' queries and concerns via telephone, email/web, fax, or written correspondence
• Update customers on case status
• Follow through and bring outstanding cases to closure
• Communicate with different providers (hospital, air ambulance provider, etc.) verbally or in writing to secure documentation
• Work in coordination with agents, brokers, or insurance representatives to ensure correct information about benefits coverage is given to the customer
• Maintain all case files by accurately entering required data in the workflow database on a daily basis
• Collect, record and organize information related to each case
• Assess the data's accuracy, validity, and integrity before use
• What you bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences (Nursing, Physical Therapy, or other Medical/Business-related courses)
• Minimum of two (2) or more years of work experience in the BPO or healthcare industry
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent English communication skills: oral and written
• Customer service and multi-tasking skills
• Critical thinking, coordinating, data and time management skills in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Ability to handle or prepare quotations, billing, and the like, achieved through on-the-job training
• Integrity and above-average attendance
• Highly collaborative and values teamwork
• Results-oriented and performance-driven
• Preferably with work experience in industries related to medical and travel assistance
• Willing to work in Makati and to be assigned to work in different sites
