Training Officer (Beauty Division)

The Training Officer/Education Officer is responsible for the training and education of Beauty Consultants, Beauty Therapists, Sales Associates, Counter Managers and Spa Managers under our Beauty Division. They are responsible for designing and executing training programs on product knowledge, core skills development and event protocols in accordance with the brand/s standards. They are accountable for training and motivation to ensure immediate and increased sales of their assigned brand/s. Minimum Education: College degree preferably in Behavioral Science, Psychology, any Business Administration/Business Management course or equivalent

• Minimum Work Experience: At least 3 years experience in training preferably in the retail industry
• Skills & Knowledge: Strong people and communication skills
